CELEBRATING 11 YEARS OF BRINGING COLOUR TO MENTAL HEALTH

OneWave is a non-profit surf community raising awareness of mental health with a simple recipe...saltwater therapy, surfing and fluro. OneWave paddled out for their first Fluro Friday event at Bondi Beach in 2013, and the OneWave community has not missed a week since.

On Friday, 22 March, OneWave will celebrate our 11th Birthday by holding a Sunrise Fluro Festival, and we would love you to join us!

Throw on some fluro to help bring more colour to mental health and join us for…

Saltwater therapy, party waves, real chats, free breathwork + ice bath session, free yoga and live music.

Everyone is welcome, and you don’t have to be a surfer to be involved. Don’t worry we will bring spare fluro in case you don’t have any. Check out the event schedule and RSVP for the Sunrise Fluro Festival below.

Sunrise Fluro Festival Event Schedule - Fluro Friday 22 March:

Bondi Beach - Meet on the beach in front of Bondi Pavilion

6.20am: Arrive dressed in your brightest fluro - meet on the beach in front of Bondi Pavilion for a 6.30am start time. We will bring spare fluro if you don’t have any :)

6.30am: OneWave 11th Birthday Talk: The OneWave community will share highlights from 11 years of bringing colour to mental health and share some free the funk tips and tools.

6.45am - 7.30am: Pick your sunrise fluro adventure: From 6.45am to 7.30am, you can join the OneWave community for a fluro surf or swim or choose between doing a free ice bath or yoga session. Don’t worry - you will still have time to get salty after the ice bath and yoga session.

From 7.30am - Breakfast and coffee at the Surfish Cafe Bondi Beach.

8am - 8.30am: Sunrise Fluro Festival finishes. Feel free to leave earlier if you need to make it to work.

6pm: Sunset Sessions at Hotel Ravesis Bondi - Join us for OneWave’s 11th Birthday Party at Hotel Ravesis Bondi Beach - with live music from Liv Phyland, Steve Hunt & Murray James.
