FRIDAY 13 OCTOBER - SUPPORTING MENTAL HEALTH WEEK

OneWave runs weekly Fluro Friday sessions where we dress up in bright fluro outfits and share waves and stories to raise awareness of mental health.

To support Mental Health Week, we are organising a Global Fluro Friday on the 13 October, and we would be so stoked if you organised a fluro surf or swim at your local beach to help bring more colour to mental health.

Date: Friday 13 October

Start Time: See the start time below for your local Fluro Friday events.

Dress Code: Fluro or anything bright to help bring more colour to mental health. Don’t worry if you don’t have any fluro we will bring plenty of spare fluro zinca.

What to bring? If you want to surf bring your own surfboard. You don’t have to be a surfer to join Fluro Friday - come down for a swim and get some fluro saltwater therapy with the OneWave community.
