OneWave is a non-profit surf community raising awareness of mental health through a simple recipe…saltwater therapy, surfing and fluro. OneWave runs Fluro Friday events where we dress up in bright fluro outfits and share stories and get some saltwater therapy to to help bring more colour to mental health.

Fluro Friday consists of saltwater therapy and an 'anti-bad vibes circle' allowing people to have conversations about mental health in a safer non-judgemental space. Fluro Friday is a free community event, and everyone is welcome. RSVP for the event below.

What to wear?

Dress in your brightest surf outfits to help bring more colour to mental health. We will bring spare fluro in case you don’t have any fluro.

By selecting 'Yes' below, as an attendee of a OneWave event I agree that: A. I shall check and follow all relevant Government laws, guidelines and health directions.
